Which procedure do you like when wholesale custom socks?

We have 100 machines, and it can produce 600,000 pairs per month, all kinds of socks made by different technology can be realized from us. Our main business is wholesale custom all kinds of socks, custom socks with logo, custom socks with pictures. We support jacquard/knitting/woven, printing, embroidery, tie dye, grip socks.
We can see quantities of beautiful or functional socks on the market, but they are not made by same technology. Let me introduce some of them to you.
Jaquard socks
Jacquard/Knitting/Woven socks, they are a same technology for socks production. Many customers love this way, but some of them dislike this. The biggest reason is that jacquard pattern itself is a part of the socks, it can last longer but the lines of the pattern are not smooth, can’t accommodate many colors like printing.
And some small logo can’t be realized by jacquard, for example, if the logo more than 10 letters, and customer request no more than 4 cm.
In addition, the quantities of colors on one sock, usually no more than 6 colors, otherwise the machine can’t bear that, easy to produce bad quality socks or even can’t run to produce socks.
Pritning socks
—180 degree printing socks
Printing–180 degree printing, its obvious advantage is vivid colors it showed, looks too real, and lead to many sellers print foods, cartoon character, funny stuff on socks by this way. The shortages are 1. it will suffer 2 times printing, so socks will be very thin. 2. there are 2 white lines on side.
—360 degree printing socks
Printing–360 degree printing/sublimation socks, many hot selling face socks are made by this procedure. It can accept more than 6 colors, and gradual changing, some jacquard can’t do it can help you. And compared with 180 degree printing, it keeps initial thickness, and very elastic.If use this way, whole socks can be printed, including toe & heel & cuff. But for material, it only can accept one main material, such as made by cotton or bamboo or polyester or nylon, blend materials is not feasible. Generally, we recommend do cotton or bamboo material, the final effect is better.
—Thermal printing socks
Thermal printing, it suits small logo and with many colors or gradual changing, can be printed part of the socks. The color is bright and the pattern restores high degree.
Tie dye socks
Tie dye, it is a handmade procedure, even if use same color, final looking is not same, the lay out will be unique for each sock. It can be dyed one color on socks, more colors as well. I think it is a romantic technology.
Embroidery socks
Embroidery logo socks, if you pursue quality socks, and your logo is not big(no more than 4*4 cm), colors quantity within 4, it can be embroidered. For example, some circle, triangle shapes, jacquard can’t do well, but embroidery can make it and beautiful. And you can also choose metallic yarn to embroidery. For custom embrdoiery socks, the logo is embroideried when socks produced no like jacquard socks.Grip socks for outdoor&indoor
Grip socks,it usuall in order to anti-slip, but we can also do your own logo by grip and added on foot. This procedure are common in yoga socks, football socks, floor socks. 2 materials are available, PVC and silicon. Most of customers choose silicon, soft and good quality.Whatever which procedure you choose, it definitely have its own advantages and disadvantages. The key is what is your important point you want to express to customer, your brand concept, value or others.
