Q1. Can you do customized designs and packaging?

Yes, We can provide OEM service on custom designs socks, packaging as well.

Our main business is wholesale export all kinds of premium socks from China to USA,Europe, Australia.

Q2. Which types of socks do you produce?

Knitting/Jacquard/Woven socks, printing socks, sublimation socks, embroidery socks, tie dye socks.

Kids socks, men socks, women socks, sports socks, casual socks, fancy crazy socks, toe socks,

floor socks, sleep socks, cushion sole socks, whole terry socks, grip socks, yoga socks, compression socks, etc.

Cotton, bamboo, nylon, polyester, wool, acrylic, metallic yarn socks, etc. No show, ankle, crew, knee high, over the knee high, pantyhose, etc.

Q3. What colors do you have?

Most of common cotton and nylon color yarn are available in stock.

If you need to customize color according to Pantone, we will dye color yarn for you based on over than 1000 pairs,

and it will takes about 30-40 days to dye the color yarn.

Q4. What is your OEM service procedures?

Show me your requests then we make pre-production samples when you paid.

We arrange mass production when you conform the samples.

Package goods, and check all details then ship out.

Q5. What is your MOQ and price?

For custom jacquard socks, MOQ is 1000 pairs/color/size/design.

For printing/sublimation socks, MOQ is just 1000 pairs, maximum 5 designs.

Specific price will be quoted when you show me your designs and requests.

Q6. How about your sample fee and sample time?

For simple designs, such as knitting socks, sample fee is about $50-$90 per design exclude shipping cost.

For embroidery/sublimation/printing designs, sample fee is about $120-$150 per design exclude shipping cost.

Sample time is about 7-9 days, if complex designs will takes about 15 days.

Specific price and production time will be given when you show me your designs and requests. Send me an inquiry to get a quote.

Q7. How about your production time?

If simple knitting socks, less than 5000 pairs, production time is 30-40 workdays.

If complex designs socks, less than 5000 pairs, production time is 40-50 workdays.

Final production time is depending on your designs quantity, sizes, procedure complex extent, etc.

Q8. What kind of shipping way can you offer?

We have many different shipping ways for you to choose.

Ship by Express( FedEx/ DHL/ UPS/TNT), by air, by train, and by sea.

EXW/FOB/DDP method depends on you need.

When you provide your order qty, accurate address, then we will calculate shipping cost and lead time for you.
